I am not new to the game, but I have always lacked somewhat on the ability to come up with or even put together a really good ranger build...

I am asking all of those super-rangers out there for their input on what build assistance...

My current ranger (R/W) Uses:

1.) "I am the strongest" (EoTN Norn title shout)
2.) Poison Signet
3.) Barrage (Elite)
4.) Hunter's Shot
5.) Interupting Shot
6.) Lightning Reflexes
7.) Troll Ungent
8.) Sunspear Signet (new title rez)

I would like some help modifying my build, but I would like to stick with the barrage side of my ranger... but also trying to keep the build as a low energy cost build, so that I can keep active in battles longer...

poison tip signet don't work as well as you would think with barrage, it only aplies the poison to the original target and not to the "splash". LR is ok for pve..but if all you want out of it is an ias then you might get more use out of flail. If you want to maximize the use of your hunters shot you might wana use "you move like a dwarf" to spread as much degen as possible.

So does Splinter weapon combo with barrage or is it that barrage and splinetr are separate attack???
